“My son David required shoulder surgery. We were told about the Nice Ice machine and given Jon Neu’s number to contact. He is the nicest guy to work with. He met me at the surgery center and showed me how the machine works. He gave me his cell number to call him anytime with questions. This machine was so easy to use and helped with pain and recovery. It cycles compression and cold every hour. The sleeve stays on well especially during the night. We put in distilled water at the beginning of the 4 weeks we rented it and didn’t have to do anything else. You can adjust the cold temperature.
