“Right after having my total knee replacement I was offered to rent a NICE cold/compression machine. My thoughts were I have three gel packs and I can change a lot of gel packs for the rental fee. One week after being home and changing the packs I quickly realized the cost of the NICE rental would be a bargain. The gel packs didn't change themselves in the middle of the night and even though there was very little sleep the first three weeks following my procedure I did not want to get out of my bed or power lift chair to change the gel packs. It just hurt too much and I had difficulty getting re-situated to minimize the pain.

The NICE1 Cold/compression machine is well worth the rental fee! I will not hesitate to rent one again if the need arises!”

AMAZING, absolutely amazing the entire experience with NEU. “I was a bit skeptical about the compression and ice machine after I had a knee scope. Boy was I ever wrong. I had a knee scope on a Friday afternoon and I pushed myself to get back to work on the following Tuesday. I may have pushed too hard, as I am always on my feet and walking a lot with my job. I reached out to my surgeon who offered the Nice cold compression unit for my knee. Neu Medical dropped it off at my work and showed me how to use it. I went home after long hours of work and put it on my knee. It compresses with cold water flow and it made my knee less painful and helped with the swelling immensely. After about two weeks of continuous use my knee pretty much felt like nothing had happened to it! As the weeks went on I started to feel much better and every now and then I would just put the compression back on if I had a long day.

I can’t say thank you enough for such a great product and great customer service. If I ever need anything from the company I will definitely reach out again. What an amazing experience!”

“Recently I underwent a total hip replacement procedure. Several friends recommended that I research the "ice machine" as part of the recovery process. On the afternoon of my surgery, Jon delivered a NICE machine to my room. He answered questions, explained how to use the machine and gave a demonstration. When he learned that we live two hours away, he had a pre-labeled box delivered to us to deliver the machine back at the end of the rental period. I began using the machine that evening and wore it largely 24/7 for the first two weeks after surgery. “My son David required shoulder surgery. We were told about the Nice Ice machine and given Jon Neu’s number to contact. He is the nicest guy to work with. He met me at the surgery center and showed me how the machine works. He gave me his cell number to call him anytime with questions. This machine was so easy to use and helped with pain and recovery. It cycles compression and cold every hour. The sleeve stays on well especially during the night. We put in distilled water at the beginning of the 4 weeks we rented it and didn’t have to do anything else. You can adjust the cold temperature. My son used it every night and felt it helped reduce pain and helped with recovery. I am a family medicine physician and recommend this machine to anyone after surgery. It is so easy to use and will give you cycled icing during the night while you sleep.”

“My husband used the NICE compression/icing machine following his rotator cuff surgery, and - what a game-changer! He did not have an ice machine for his first rotator-cuff surgery (other shoulder) about 10 years ago - and that was a more difficult recovery with more pain and swelling. The NICE machine was easy and effective; he was able to sleep with the wrap on and have icing/compression on and off throughout even the first few nights. About five years ago he had knee replacement surgery, and used a different ice/compression machine, where ice needed to be added to the machine, emptied, etc. I was doing that part of it - and I have to say the NICE machine where you add just a small amount of distilled water every few weeks - is SO much easier, and equally if not more effective. Icing/compression for the knee replacement was really positive - he had almost no swelling at all; and the NICE machine makes the process extremely "painless" for all! Jon at Neu Medical set up the machine for us, and was great to work with; very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.”

“I used the NICE machine after my recent foot surgery. I can not say enough good things about this machine. I contacted the local rep in the area for the machine. He dropped it off the day before my surgery and provided me detailed instructions on how to use it. I found it very easy to use.
