Meet Jon Neu
Owner, Founder
Jon founded Neu Medical with a passion for and dedication to serving the orthopedic community and helping patients have the best rehab and recovery possible.
When not helping patients, or at the helm of Neu Medical, Jon enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Account Manager: South Metro
Paula practiced as a physical therapist assistant for nearly 10 years before bringing her passion and dedication to helping patients at Neu Medical. In her free time she enjoys a good run, skiing the hills of MN, and spending time with her husband and furbabies, Hamilton and Walter.
Meet Abbey
Account Manager: East Metro + Western Wisconsin
After graduating from UW Eau Claire, Abbey was able to combine her passion for helping people and orthopedics at Neu Medical. When not working, Abbey loves time with family and hanging out by the lake.
Meet Jenny
After practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant for five years, Jenny brought her passion for orthopedics and quality patient care to Neu Medical. When not working, she is traveling, skiing, or relaxing with her husband and family.
Meet Chloe
After graduating from the University of St.Thomas, Chloe found a passion in patient care with Neu Medical. When Chloe is not working, you can find her on the lake, traveling, or enjoying time with her friends and family.
Meet Tommy
Tommy is our go to NICE guy and Rural Accounts Specialist. When not delivering NICE machines or helping patients with JAS, Tommy loves playing golf, kayaking the local lakes, and trying new restaurants.
Meet Tom
After nearly 25 years in patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Tom uses his experience working with people and orthopedic equipment to provide top quality care to all of our customers. When he’s not at work Tom enjoys spending time with his pets, working out at the gym, photography, hiking, and cheering on The Vikings.
Meet Chris
As a Patient Coach, Chris aims to provide a five-star experience every time. When he’s not assisting Neu Medical patients, Chris can found enjoying time outside with his beautiful family.
