REFUND POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for items that are damaged and/or faulty and unable to remedy with service, technical consultation, repair, or replacement

    • Items must be unused, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Emergency/urgent orders and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
